These applications are not commercially available to the public, they are available only to COENAR staff, to help them fulfill their PM/PgM duties in the unique COENAR way.

Enduring Challenges in Complex Projects

In large-scale construction projects, scattered responsibilities, communication breakdowns, and unreliable progress tracking often create a domino effect of delays and cost overruns. These and similar scenarios naturally lead to unsuccessful projects. Despite best efforts, traditional tools fall short in delivering real-time, accountable, and transparent workflows.

Coenar’s Tailored Software Approach

Coenar both educationally and in real time has been experiencing such cases in-situ. METHODOLOGIES

ALDEPM ™ is the predecessor of todays COENAR Methodologies, both of which are COENAR trademarks. ALDEPM ™ has been actively developing since 1992 and is being compiled and registered at every 10-year period starting from 1995. When it reached ALDEPM-2015 i.e. the 3rd and most recent compilation, it became part of COENAR which is the most developed COENAR PM Methodology including Coenar invention HyperCPM ™ methodology; and other newly invented tools & techniques.

TOOLS & TECHNIQUES

The need of new and unique measurable criterias have been first introduced and defined by COENAR. These are "one-of-a-kind" criterions to be utilized in some functional areas. These criterions together with special functions and series of algorithms become unique tools & techniques invented by COENAR with the help of aldesoft. These are namely nuvaluate ™, dynapaths ™, delviana ™, delcoana ™, to name afew.

Our own methodologies, own tools & techniques, and own softwares, when combined with our 33-year of construction experience, that's so unique, that is so special. A unique and special PM/PgM. That's simply the COENAR way...
